Recipes
Asian Greens Grow Prow
Try any Asian green you can get your hands on, from bok choy to tatsoi to gai lan. Gra prow means stir-fried with Thai basil.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon grated ginger
2 teaspoons soy sauce
bunch Asian greens, stems and leaves chopped separately
1 handful thai basil
salt an pepper to taste
Head the oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the garlic until fragrant, 2 minutes, then add the ginger, soy sauce, and the chopped stems of the greens. Cook until almost tender, 4 to 5 minutes. Add the rest of the greens and cook for 2 more minutes. Turn off the heat and mix in the Thai basil, salt, and pepper
